It was amazing because I was very very nervous and my family did not want me to have anything done. Needless to say, I was quite anxious. I wanted to have botox for family wedding photos. My experience with Dr. Mahootchi was amazing. He helped me regain confidence in my appearance after being diagnosed with a disease that causes my eyes to bulge. He injected by levator muscle with Botox to reduce the appearance of my bulging eye. It looks so much better! Would highly recommend to anyone who is having similar issues!

Dr. Mahootchi and his staff are so attentive to detail; from providing the utmost safety with distance markers all over the clinic, requiring all patients to wear masks, and constant and noticeable cleaning and hand washing to their attention to care. I was so excited to have this procedure because so few offices offer this simple and easy in office procedure with such dramatic and lasting results. The staff was so kind, I was a little nervous but they were so comforting and knowledgeable about it that I was able to get through. Dr. Mahootchi is very knowledgeable when it comes to Botox and Fillers. He did an incredible job injecting Botox where he felt was necessary for me. This was my first time I had my eyebrows lifted a bit with Botox, it made a huge difference. My eyes look bigger, and I love how smooth my forehead looks now!! Five years ago, I had a complete facelift by a plastic surgeon in downtown St. Petersburg, Florida. I ended up with very noticable scarring, drooping eyelids and fat transfer in my cheeks instead of to my temple area. I knew that nothing could be done about the terrible scarring but started looking to repair my drooping eyelids. I contacted Dr. Mahootchie, a well known eye surgeon in Zephyrhills, Florida. I was happily surprised by Dr. Mahootchi’s confidence and willingness to perform a Canthopexy. I scheduled my surgery and couldn’t be happier with the results. While the outcome is very subtle, which is what I chose, it’s made all the difference to me. I was awake and very comfy during the procedure which allowed me to choose my eye shape. It was actually sort of fun!

Dr. Mahootchi and all of the nurses and attendants took great, great care to make sure that my eyes looked like I wanted them to look and that they matched. I also opted for injection of a few syringes of Sculptra and PRP to several areas of my face. I was from out of town and Anna and the entire staff were so accommodating! They even set up a recliner and blankets for me to watch tv as I recovered. I was driven right next door to a hotel to spend the night as I was not allowed to drive home. It was a very nice room. The entire surgery and after care was superb. I recommend Dr. Mahootchi, his nurse, Anna and the entire staff for any eye surgery.

I believe most people will judge a doctor not just by how well he does and his demeanor but also and foremost by his staff when they are first greeted. I can say that Dr Mahootchi’s staff is quite amazing! Everyone has always been so very nice and professional and respectful. Meeting the doctor for the first time he was very receptive, open, and genuine. He asked questions but even more importantly he really listened when I answered. My lower eyelid kept turning in, entropion, and my upper lids were drooping to the point where I was losing peripheral vision. Surgery was the necessary option. Once again, the surgical staff or just as amazing as the office staff! Being treated with dignity, kindness, and patience seems like a rarity these days but I do firmly believe that their motto has to be treat others as you would want to be treated yourself because they are quite simply amazing people. Dr Mahootchi was absolutely wonderful!
